Weaving process:

 Cloth take-up:
3-roller take-up mechanism is electronically
controlled by AC servo motor that can realize     high precision take-up and non-stop removal of the fabric at any   length.Or  upon  request,  take-up  outside  the machine. Single roller take-up mechanism will be used to wind-up heavy fabrics.

Heald frames and forms:
Cam lead tappet heald frames or hanging frames,
electric rotary dobby, servo dobby or external jacquard. 2~20 pieces heald frames are available.

Weave patterns:
plain, twill, dutch, reverse dutch, 3-shaft, 5-shaft, taper contrast, etc.. Thousands of different weave patterns
